Time in our services and space in the Bulletin and the newsletter are extremely limited. The following questions are to help you determine the best way to advertise this event.
1) Does this event apply to the entire church or to just a few?
2) When is the best time to get this information out?
3) What else it going on at the church? (i.e. check the church calendar)
4) Could this event be promoted in another way? (Weekly sunday School Announcements, Mailing, Telephone, email, etc...)
BULLETIN:
All Home Page announcements need to be in the church office by noon on Tuesdays to appear in Sunday's Bulletin.
NEWSLETTER:
Written information needs to be in the church office by the 15th of the month preceding the event so it can meet publication and calendar deadlines.
All announcements are reviewed by staff prior to putting event in print. Staff meet each Tuesday at 1:00pm.
